Minister Patil further noted that Apple’s rapid scaling of its India operations underscores Bengaluru’s pivotal role in transforming India into the “iPhone capital of the world.”
He expressed confidence that Foxconn’s operations are on track, reaffirming investor confidence in Karnataka’s robust ecosystem.
The Devanahalli facility, located in the Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR), is designed to accommodate a workforce of 30,000 employees, with dormitories nearing completion.
