The government provided financial assistance worth ₹36 crore to 1,800 religious institutions, benefiting nine lakh people under the Alari Swarang Bithangki initiative. Employment generation also featured prominently, with 10 lakh job cards issued, leading to the creation of more than five crore person-days for 1.73 lakh households.
A total of 27,703 individual and 19,377 community schemes were launched, benefiting an estimated 26.43 lakh people. The MGNREGA programme supported 2.06 lakh beneficiaries, including 41,203 families with 73,043 livelihood plans, backed by sanctioned funds of ₹46.84 crore.
Officials said these measures reflect the state’s push to integrate livelihood support, women’s empowerment, and community development, with the BTR emerging as a focus area for inclusive growth.
