Battlegrounds Mobile India i.e., BGMI, has disappeared from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The exact reason for the disappearance or removal of this game has not been revealed yet. Google says that this app has been banned on the government’s order. However, Krafton says they are trying to clarify why the game is banned or blocked.
As per the reports India’s government blocked a popular battle-royale format game from Krafton Inc, a South Korean company backed by China’s Tencent, as it was concerned about its data sharing and mining in China.

Like Garena Free Fire, this game from Krafton first disappeared from the Google Play Store and then from the Apple App Store. According to the reports, Google removed this game after the government’s order.
In March, a representative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, N. Samaya Balan, informed the court, in response to a PLI, that BGMI and PUBG Mobile are different games. Why has the game been blocked when the ministry considers it different from PUBG?
