Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma told that he would expand his ministry.
As per the reports, the two new ministers will be Jayanta Malla Baruah and Nandita Gorlosa.
They both will take oath as new Assam cabinet ministers in an oath-taking ceremony on the 9th of June in Guwahati Srimanta Sankardev International Auditorium.
Jayanta Malla Baruah is an Indian politician from the state of Assam. He was a two-term member of the Assam Legislative Assembly from 2011 to 2016 and from 2021.
Nandita Gorlosa is an Indian politician from Bharatiya Janata Party. In May 2021, she was elected as a member of the Assam Legislative Assembly from Haflong (constituency). She defeated Nirmal Langthasa of the Indian National Congress by 18,598 votes in the 2021 Assam Assembly election.
