On Tuesday, a hacker gained access to the Trinamool Congress’ official Twitter account. The party’s account’s display photo was modified, and the display handle was changed to “Yuga Laboratories.” Party insiders told India Today that they are attempting to find a solution.
The account has not yet had any tweets from the hackers.
The US-based blockchain technology firm Yuga Labs creates NFTs and digital valuables. In addition, it focuses on digital media and cryptocurrencies.

The YSR Congress’ official Twitter account was compromised on December 10 of last year. The account began hawking digital currencies. The display photo was altered to a shot from the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) collection, and the Twitter bio of the event now reads “NFT billionaire.”
The Telugu Desam Party’s official Twitter account was also compromised earlier in October.
In April 2022, someone broke into the official Twitter account of the office of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.Hackers took down the Chief Minister’s display image from the Twitter handle.The display photo was also changed from Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, to an image from the BAYC collection.
The hackers replaced the co-founder of the account with @BoredApeYC and @YugaLabs.
