Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by some unidentified miscreants in Mansa district this evening. The miscreants shot Moose Wala 30 bullets in the middle of the road. He was rushed to a hospital in Mansa district in an injured condition, where doctors declared him dead.
He was going somewhere in his car when Moose Wala was attacked. Two other people were also present with him at the time of the incident, which had also been shot, and their condition is also said to be critical.

Last month, Sidhu had targeted the Aam Aadmi Party and its supporters in his song ‘Bali ka bakra’, after which a controversy erupted. In his song, the singer had termed AAP supporters as ‘traitors’ and anti-nationals.

Sidhu is counted among the controversial Punjabi singers. Released in the year 2019 (September), one of his songs, ‘Jatti Jeone Mod Di Gun Wargi‘ gave rise to a controversy regarding the 18th-century Sikh warrior ‘Mai Bhago’.
