Jammu Guwahati Express Train Set on fire at Bihar’s Mohiuddinnagar railway station– Train partially damaged

On Friday Morning, several bogies of the Jammu Guwahati Express Train were set on fire by angry protestors against Agnipath Scheme. As per the reports, no people were injured in the incident. The incident took place in Bihar’s Samastipur district.

The incident occurred on Friday morning in Mohiuddinnagar railway station of Hajipur Barauni railway junction. Meanwhile, amid violent protests in the state, five train stations have been shut down in Bihar, including Bihiya, Lakhisarai, and Umrao.

The train was en-route to Guwahati’s Kamakhya Station from Jammu.

From Bihar’s Ara to Haryana’s Palwal, from Agra in Uttar Pradesh to Gwalior and Indore in BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh, hundreds of young aspirants for jobs in the armed forces took to the streets, pouring their anger on public and private property.
