On Thursday, Three army personnel and two militants were killed in Jammu Kashmir‘s Rajouri District. Two more soldiers were also injured in an attack on an Army post.
According to the reports, someone tried to cross the fence of Army camp at Pargal near Budh Kanadi in Darhal area of Rajouri district early morning,” said Additional Director General of Police Mukesh Singh, the Hindustan Times reported. “Sentry on guard duty challenged, and an exchange of fire took place.”
Both the terrorists attempting to infiltrate the army company operating base in Pargal of J&K’s Darhal area in Rajouri have been killed, Singh said, adding that at least three soldiers have suffered injuries.
The location is almost 6 kilometers from Darhal Police Station. More troops have been sent to the site of the gunfight.
