The results of the Guwahati Press Club elections were announced following a ten-phase counting process. A total of 906 voters participated in the election. The winners of various posts are detailed below.
Sushmita Goswami emerged victorious in the elections, securing the position of the President. Jatin Bhagwati will assume the Vice-President role, while Aloka Boruah has been elected as the Vice President reserved for women.
Sanjoy Roy has been elected as the Editor. Dilwar Hussain will take on the responsibilities of Assistant General Secretary, and Kishore Jyoti Sharma has been chosen as the Organising Secretary. Mitali Konwar won the position of Assistant General Secretary Women, a post reserved for women.
Manindra Deka was entrusted with the role of the Treasurer. The Cultural Editor position went to Pallabi Bora, and Azad Gogoi won the position of Sports Editor.
