Fire broke out in the house of MLA Terash Gowalla – valuable assets destroyed

A fire broke out at the residence of Duliajan MLA Terash Gowalla. The fire broke out in the village of Jutulibari Barhola in Naoshalia of Duliajan. The fire broke out in the kitchen and bedroom of the MLA’s residence.

The fire was extinguished by OIL fire brigade vehicles at the scene. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, but residents suspect an electrical fault caused it. No one was injured in the fire.

Terash Gowalla is a Bharatiya Janata Party politician from Assam. He was elected in the Assam Legislative Assembly election in 2016 from the Duliajan constituency.
