The project entails growing the area around the temple from 3,000 square feet to over 100,000 square feet over three levels. The access corridor will also get wider, going from 8 to 10 feet to 27 to 30 feet.

Additionally, the initiative plans to build accommodations for 8,000–10,000 pilgrims to reduce congestion during significant festivals like Ambubachi Mela.
