It has been raining continuously for the last three days, and the water level of Brahmaputra has risen below the danger mark. According to Water Resource Department, the measured water level at DC Court was 1.66 meters below the danger mark. The water level at this spot was measured at 48.02 meters at 8 AM. The danger mark of this area is set at 49.68 meters. It is worth mentioning that it has been raining continuously for the last 3 days. The flood situation in Assam is getting worsen as time increases. According to reports, many areas of the state are submerged in water.
