The victim was identified as Ali, a resident of Dekar village in Sonitpur district. The man was high on marijuana and cut off his penis. Ali uses not only marijuana but also other illicit drugs.
“My religion does not allow me to take marijuana. After I smoked, I was worried that something bad would happen in society. I cut off my penis for the sake of everyone and because I regretted my actions,” he said.
